Kayaking and paddling seem like fun! And primarily sea kayaking and tour paddling. The idea with kajak.nu is to show off a little kayak pictures and other things that we think are fun and rewarding to tell about something necessary and/or funny gadgets to use in, by and with the kayak, link to others kayak related pages and more. We also recommend favourites, gift tips, reading and interesting and about the places we want to visit.
Hopefully, the site can inspire more people to start kayaking and paddling and general outdoor life to get fresh air, move around a bit, etc...
It won't just be paddling here, but a little bit of everything that we tinker with, can be a bit of mountain fun, skiing, cone kicking, forest cycling, swimming and more.
We who tinker with kajak.nu are passionate about being outside in general and kayaking in particular. Primarily it is Erik Sjöstedt & Pia Sjöstedt who post things here on the site, more info about us can be obtained by clicking on the pictures below or on our names. Spring 2013 did Outside a small report about us. In the fall of 2017, we were involved in podcast Other Ways. In recent years, we have gained an increased interest in farming, vanlife, motorhomes and a bit of mountain biking.
We express our views on gadgets, paddling areas, paddling "religions" and more. It may not be certain that everyone agrees and thinks the same way, but that's how it happens both online and in real life sometimes.
