NDK / SKUK Romany, we had a couple of years. A very maneuverable, easy to roll, short and easy to handle kayak that invite play and tours. Maybe it feels a bit slow on flat water paddling in a straight line, but otherwise very funny.
Nowadays there are Romany in both regular version and LV, where the hulls are the same, but the deck is a bit lower around the cockpit (Low Volume). Previously, there was also an HV version, but it seems to have been renamed to Romany Surf? or am I completely wrong about that now?
Romanyn is 489cm long, 54cm wide and is known from TITS films. Romany, like other NDK / SKUK-kayaks adjustable skeg.
Formerly known SKUK NigelDennisKayaks but renamed a few years to SeaKayaking United Kingdom.
Romany is the little brother of the Explorer .
Manufactured in Wales by the Sea Kayaking UK .
Sold in Sweden by Escape Kayak Center , Skyline Kayak and Adventure Company .
